  • User-Submitted Content: We store the dares you submit for streamers. This content is publicly visible within the application.
  • Voting Data: To prevent vote manipulation, we use your browser's local storage to keep track of which dares you have voted on for a specific streamer. This information is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and maintain the VYN service.
  • Display streamer profiles and dare lists.
  • Enable the voting functionality on dares.
  • Analyze usage to improve the application.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Publicly available information from Twitch and user-submitted dares are inherently public on our platform.

User Conduct

  • Intended to harm or endanger a streamer or any other person.

We reserve the right to remove any content and block any user who violates these terms without notice.

VYN is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VYN or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
